Take one (1) capsule twice per day after a meal, or as directed by your health care provider.
Warnings
Do not take Sfera Gymnema sylvestre:- if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the Ingredients of Sfera Gymnema sylvestre.
- Not to be used by patients with hypoglycaemia.
- Caution in hear conditions as it can stimulate the heart.
- Other medicines and Sfera Gymnema sylvestre:
- Always tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicine. (This includes all complementary or traditional medicines.)
