SenzaBamboo are an ecologically conscious group, based in the United States, who have made it their mission to reduce the amount of plastic ending up in landfills and oceans. In 2012 the company was working with a number of natural grocery stores selling their TravelSonic toothbrushes when it dawned on their founder that billions of plastic toothbrushes were polluting the oceans and ending up in landfills every year. SenzaBamboo’s original toothbrushes were made from recycled plastic but they wanted to up their game. SenzaBamboo now produce an even more eco-friendly bamboo toothbrush, as well as totally plastic-free, silk dental floss.
