I kinda thought I was pregnant - I was THAT emotional. But since I've stopped it, I'm back to be calm. Taste is good. It gets a bit gummy in your mouth, which can be a bit off putting. Should it be added to water or a drink or taken straight from the spoon. It does have a pleasant taste.
