Directions:
As a soak:- Pour salts into a warm, running bath water of 37 - 39℃.
For general well-being:
- Add ½ - 1 cup or, for tired & sore muscles, 2 - 4 cups to a bath.
- Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin.
As an exfoliator:
- Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favorite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well.
Soaking tip:
- Remember to stay hydrated.
- Rinse off before getting out of the bath.
Caution:
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
- Avoid sun exposure after use as Bergamot is phototoxic (can cause sunburn).
- If you're pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, consult with your health care practitioner before use.
