Directions:
- Place drops directly under the tongue, or add to a small measure of water.
- Drink half an hour before meals on an empty stomach.
- To eliminate alcohol, add drops to hot water, allow to cool & sip.
- Alcohol will evaporate while tincture will remain effective.
Dosages:
- Adults: 10 drops.
- Children 2 - 6 years: 5 drops.
- Children 6 - 12 years: 7 - 10 drops.
- Take 3 x daily.
Care Instructions:
- Store below 25℃ & out of direct sunlight.

Esp if you don;t have the time or inclination to make your own.05/04/2024, By DeirdreCan't believe I haven't reviewed this yet! Getting me second bottle, the first lasted about 4 months and I use it most days. It really has helped my pain and I take much less if any painkillers now. I'm not sure it would work on a full-blown migraine but it has helped me greatly as a preventative measure for those and for general headaches and inflammatory pain I would definitely recommend this product.
