Directions for Use
- Read the enclosed instruction leaflet carefully before collecting the blood sample or performing the test.
- Use each component only as directed in the instruction leaflet, paying close attention to the specified quantities and result-reading time.
- This kit is intended for single use only. Do not reuse the test device, lancet, pipette or any other component.
Storage Instructions

- Keep the test device in its sealed pouch until you are ready to use it.
- Keep away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Warnings & Precautions
- For in vitro diagnostic and self-testing use only.
- The results obtained from self-testing kits are preliminary and should not be considered conclusive.
- A positive result does not provide a definitive diagnosis, and a negative result does not rule out infection.
- Should you receive a positive test result, please consult your medical practitioner.
- Consult a medical practitioner for confirmation of either a positive or negative result and for guidance based on the timing of the tick bite, your symptoms and individual health circumstances.
- IgM antibodies may take several weeks to reach detectable levels. Testing too soon after a tick bite may produce a negative result even when an infection is present.
- Seek medical attention if you develop an expanding skin rash, fever, headache, fatigue, joint pain or other concerning symptoms after a tick bite, regardless of the test result.
- Self-testing should not replace professional medical consultation, laboratory testing, diagnosis or treatment.
- Do not use the test after its expiry date or if the sealed pouch or any component is damaged.
- Use the sterile lancet once only and dispose of it safely after use.
- Follow the enclosed instruction leaflet carefully to reduce the risk of an invalid or inaccurate result.
