The Real Deal!
When psyllium husk comes in contact with water, it swells and forms a gelatin-like-mass that helps transport waste through the intestinal tract.
With this product, you will get ample gelatin with a single teaspoon when added to water. Not so with other (cheaper) brands.
Spend the money and buy quality!
