08/02/2026, By LiaMy functional Dr recommended this Iron as I had low ferritin. Iv been taking one capsule daily with Vitamin C on an empty stomach (Away from Caffeine) and iv managed to increase my low ferritin to 60! (It's taken me 8months). Im happy with this product and it causes no GI issues.
