Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, combine the premix, 3 tablespoons of water, and 1/2 cup of melted Coconut Oil (or butter/ghee). Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 12 balls, place them on the tray, and flatten them into cookies. If needed, add an extra tablespoon of Coconut Oil to help them stick together.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the tops are slightly matt. Do not overcook; they will firm up as they cool.
- Let the cookies cool on the tray, or enjoy them warm and gooey.
