Directions
- Take one tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

- Vitamin B1: (as Thiamine mononitrate)
- Vitamin B6: 5mg (as Pyridoxal-5-phosphate)
- Folate: 500mcg (as Calcium-L-methylfolate)
- Copper: 1mg (as Cupric gluconate)
- Vitamin B12(as Methylcobalamin)
