Directions:

• Adults and adolescents 15 years and older
• Build the dose up gradually.
• Take one (1) tablet on the first day, two (2) tablets on the second day, etc. up to a maximum of twenty (20) tablets per day.
• The recommended dosage is six (6) tablets per day.
• Take with a glass of water before meals.
• The daily dose may be taken at once or in divided doses.
