Directions:
- Soak your bamboo whisk in hot water to soften the bristles
- Then, using a sieve, measure 3 - 5g of matcha
- To remove any clumps, put the matcha through the sieve.
- Use water that is between 60 - 80 ℃.
- Whisk the matcha and water in a circular motion to blend it.
- Then, whisk it in a W motion with a little bit more speed until the consistency is creamy and foamy.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct light, moisture & heat.
- Once opened, refrigerate and keep tightly sealed.
- Use as soon as possible after opening.
