17/09/2024, By RozA wonderful sugar alternative. Thanks19/08/2023, By EylisPrefer monkfruit sweetener to Stevie. It does not have an aftertaste. My new favorite.13/03/2023, By KylieI found this to still have a cooling aftertaste. I used it in brownies in a 1:1 ratio as they suggest, and it had a very bitter flavour after a few bites and the texture the next day was very dense. Could be that I needed to use less than usual. Its not that much better than erythritol, maybe my expectations were just too high from the rave reviews.28/11/2022, By VanessaGreat substitute for sugar, no aftertaste, which I hate.
Which it weren't so pricy, but much better for the body than other sweetners.17/08/2022, By LilyI was initially skeptical about this sweetener because of the price. I am very sensitive to the taste of pure erythritol and other sweeteners, as it usually leaves a bitter aftertaste. However, this product tastes basically the same as real table sugar and it bakes excellently when powdered (no gritty texture, which I experienced with pure erythritol). I do wish it were more affordable but, as I understand, it's an imported product.29/01/2022, By LQKI loathe the taste of all the artificial sweeteners including stevia and xylitol. Someone suggested I try Monkfruit and - for me at least - it is the most palatable of the lot. Pricey though.
