Directions:
- Before using, put the stick in a clean bottle filled halfway with tap or bottled water. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and dispose. This removes excess loose minerals. Repeat 2 more times.
- Fill the bottle again with water shake vigorously for 30 seconds and wait 15-20 minutes before drinking. The longer the water sits with the ionic stick submerged, the stronger the ionisation and the higher the pH, also a strong negative charge (ORP) is attained. If it tastes too strong, dilute it a bit with additional source water.
- Use one stick for a 500ml bottle, two for a 1-litre bottle, or more for faster, stronger ionised drinking water.
- It can used approximately 300 times. The deadline is an approximate time based on how much water you drink. We suggest getting new ones every 6 months to a year.
