Did you know? Other fibres have phytates and phytic acid (phytates are present in all seed or grain-based dietary fibres such as bran and oats). Phytates chelate (block) calcium, magnesium, and iron in the gut, robbing the body of these essential minerals. Aloe Ferox does not contain phytates.

12/08/2024, By ReviniAmazing source of fiber. I use it in my smoothie every morning and keeps me fuller for longer and has helped improve my cholesterol and glucose levels. I have recommended to others and those that use it also love.31/07/2024, By SikiI've been using this product for a few days now, and I love it! It will def be astaple in my pantry. I was looking for a good prebiotic and I have found it. I have for breakfast with plain joghurt, honey and berries and it does the job. Great fibre addition to my daily meals. I will also start adding it to my smoothies for an extra fibre kick,03/07/2024, By DebsThis is surprisingly good. It’s light, does not have a strong taste and adds a nice texture to oatmeal, smoothies and yoghurt. I am enjoying it and will be buying it again.29/06/2023, By HannesAbsolutely love the product as it is very versatile and adds both flavour and texture to my smoothies and breakfast cereal. At times I also add it to oats porridge for an added twist.
I regularly use it when baking sourdough bread, again, it adds great flavour and texture to the bread as well.
Overall I am very happy with the aloe fibre and will definitely replenish my stock once needed.
Wishing you a pleasant week ahead.
Kind regards
Hannes
