After a week or two, I started noticing less pain and swelling, especially in my foot where I usually get hit the worst. What I like is that it’s made with natural stuff—cherry extract, turmeric, celery seed—all those ingredients people talk about for gout. And it doesn’t mess with my stomach or make me feel weird, which is a huge plus.
