03/06/2026, By RpenThere’s certain minerals and nutrients that you need to raise simultaneously and in the right ratios for your body to use well. If you don’t, imbalances will start to show after longer use. For general nutrient diversity I take a 1/4th of a women’s centrum twice daily and I take 1/4th of this CalMag from Beet Goodness twice daily. The D3 and K2 means the calcium will get utilized correctly. The magnesium means the calcium won’t force your magnesium stores down. The zinc is great but often copper is missing or in a lower percentage of the daily intake than the zinc and that will make you low on copper.
