Directions:
- Mix sachet powder with 750ml water. Shake or stir well until contents dissolve. Add more water to suit taste.
- 1 sachet per day for Low Carb diets or intermittent fasting. 1 sachet per 2 hours of intensive exercise.
- Do not exceed 2 sachets per day. (except for endurance sport events)
- Due to the high sodium content, this product is not suitable for children.

I now have my sister also on it and she won over some of her coworkers as well as she got the order at her work place. Really nice as a boost on a hot sweaty day or after a workout. Pros: flavours are normal, pack allows you to try them all. Very drinkable. Rehydrates without complications. Nice over ice.
I do wish I didn’t have to mix 750ml in one shot - would like a 250ml dose option. I also find that mixing (stirring in a jug, maybe shaking in a big bottle would be better?) results in some product settling over time (can remix without issue).
