Directions:
- Mix 1 level tablespoon with water or juice and thoroughly mix in a blender, shaker or with a fork for 20-30 seconds until fully dissolved.
Care Instructions:

Just a word of warning- it is best to start with less than the recommended 2 tablespoons and work up to that amount if you want to avoid explosive diarrhea.
