20/04/2025, By RoseMy electrolytes get off but so many oils have a tone of salt with makes me have puffy eyes and bigger thighs (over time). Or they have a tone of magnesium which I test high in during my blood work. Or they have fake sweeteners which I don’t want for my gut health. This is perfect. I put a small slit in the seal in the top instead of taking it all that off so it’s easy to throw in my bag when I’m going to be out all day. I notice when I need more because water will start to taste bad to me throughout the day then I just put some of this in and it tastes refreshing. Took me so long to fix these. I tried the other brand like this on here first and they don’t make the water taste good to me for some reason.
