I take all three tablets (1000 mg L-Tyrosine) first thing every morning, together with iron and vitame C ( to aid better absorbtion). Honestly have a better sense of Wellbeing and have ordered my second bottle of Genologix L-Tysone!22/01/2025, By LarissaI have been using L-tyrosine since August 2024 along with Lion's Mane to go off Concerta. I would totally recommend it to anyone. My concentration and memory is better than it has been in a couple of years.
