10/02/2024, By LeboJust taking one a day regulated my menstrual cycle, and DRASTICALLY improved my mood, sleep, and general feelings of wellbeing. It also all-but-eliminated my cravings, and has helped me to manage my appetite. It didn’t take long to work too. If hormone imbalance is making you feel abnormal, and unlike your normal self, I highly recommend trying this.
I stopped taking it for 2 weeks to see how my body would respond, and stocked up again before the period was over. I’ve never had a supplement make such a big difference to my life, and (unfortunately) I can’t live without it.
