I have tried various things and nothing has worked. I have had depression and anxiety for 2 years and was recently diagnosed with adhd at 45. Today is day 3 of taking this.
I take one tablet with my morning coffee (no food for an hour). I felt a difference the first day. A definite calmness and I focused on my work the entire day. I have also been sleeping much better and deeper. It also helps to reduce feelings of impulsivity which a previous supplement was increasing.
I attended an event today and normally the anxiety would be sky high, but I was not at all anxious or nervous and was actually quite social. I have been feeling so happy, calm, and focused. Taking it with coffee can increase alertness and focus.
