This coarse stoneground rice flour is the ideal gluten-free replacement for ordinary wheat flours when you’re cooking and baking. Made with pure natural long-grain brown rice, this Health Connection flour is higher in protein and easier to digest than ordinary flours, plus it’s a great source of minerals like selenium and manganese, as well as B vitamins. Health Connection Brown Rice Flour is suitable for those with gluten or wheat allergies, and a great choice if you’re looking for a healthy wheat flour substitute. Great for making gluten-free breads and biscuits.
