A great product10/06/2016, By SandraGreat in salads and as a rice replacement.08/04/2016, By SigridIve been looking for ancient grains, and these wheatberries were a great find. Im sensitive to gluten, so having something like couscous, that is actually easier for me to prepare (and tastes better) has been excellent! I cooked it as per instructions on the packet (also unusual) and used in a warm salad/grain bowl thing. It was nutty and delicious - even my husband liked it. Now to try it on the baby :D12/11/2015, By AngelineI grind it up to make a rough flour and use to make delicious pancakes..13/09/2015, By LieslI absolutely love the versatility of buckwheat as a replacement to rice and pasta. Buckwheat cooks quickly, and is a real comfort food. I love the fact that it is gluten free. Try it, youll be hooked!
