Directions:
- Take one half-teaspoon (1-2grams) once or twice a day - once for maintenance dosage and twice in acute cases.
- Put the powder directly into a glass of water or a smoothie for consumption, and stir for 30 seconds for best results.
- Please note this product is pre-activated, so avoid placing it in boiling water to prevent degradation of quality. Place directly into the liquid of choice, stir and consume immediately.
