Directions:
- Shake well before use.
- Take one full dropper (20 drops) one to three times a day - once for maintenance dosage and three times in acute cases.
- Place the dropper directly in the mouth or in a glass of water for consumption, and keep in the mouth for 30 seconds for best results.
- Please note this product contains 25% alcohol. If you want to avoid ethanol consumption, place drops in a hot drink and allow the ethanol to evaporate for a minute or two.
Caution:
- Not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Not suitable in combination with certain prescription medications.

13/05/2026, By BeeI have been using Harmonic Mycology Lion's Mane for years now, it's an excellent product. The best source of Lion's Mane in the country in my opinion. Out of the 10s of brands i've tried this is the only one i feel immediately when i take it. It's done wonders for my memory!
