Directions:
Adults and teens aged 13 years and above:- Take 5g (equivalent to 2 level metric teaspoons) with 150ml of water, once daily.
- Alternatively, take as professionally advised.
Children 6 -12 years:
- Take 2.5g (equal to 1 level metric teaspoon) once daily.
- Measure out the dosage using a metric teaspoon, then mix it into a paste first to help it dissolve in water.
Caution:
- If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare professional.
- Suitable during pregnancy (after the 1st trimester) and breastfeeding.
