Directions:
- Peel off the plastic wrapper, centre the pad on your underwear, press it down, and fold the wings underneath.
- To dispose of: remove the pad from your underwear, wrap it in toilet paper or a pad wrapper, and put it in a waste bin.

15/02/2025, By MelanyA panty liner should have an adhesive strip that is the length of the liner. This size 2 does not last the whole day. This panty liner is just "too" big as a daily liner. I would recommend the size 1 of the same make!
