26/06/2026, By ElsabeNot my favourite - I really don't love the taste, but buy it from time to time due to the fact that my body copes better with the Unsweetened nut milks since they don't have oats in. The oat based milks taste much nicer to me, but I discovered along the way that oats seem to spark my allergies (even G-free). When using the unsweetened nut milks in the afternoons and evenings, I'm much less congested at night. These are also better for my sugar levels because they are lower in carbs. In the mornings until lunch time I can get away with using some oat based ones. I prefer to mix them with the unsweetened milk in the first half of my day for a more enjoyable coffee experience.31/03/2026, By IsabelleThe best value for money we have found so far.
