10/12/2025, By CarolineI’m anemic and have used many different iron supplements. The last supplement was from USA however after returning home the shipping was costly. I have tried many in South Africa however they were not gentle or a higher dose. I also prefer to take iron before breakfast for better absorption. Finally this supplement is even better than the USA version. I use only have a packet a day and tightly store the other half in fridge.30/10/2024, By AnneAfter a few days of using FerriTone I can already feel my energy levels improving. I like the vanilla taste and it is very easy to take. I love that it contains extra vitamins to help with absorption. I haven't had any nausea or stomach discomfort.
