Directions:

• Cut the ceremonial cacao disk into fine pieces using a sharp knife.
• In a small pot (or ceramic mug submerged in water), start heating the water.
• Slowly add your cacao shavings.
• Use a small wooden spoon to mix until melted, paying close attention to the heat.
• The mixture should never boil.
• Add salt, spices, sweetener and plant milk to yout taste.

Caution:

• High doses of ceremonial cacao are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Seal well after opening and keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• This product needs to be stored in a cool area below 32 degrees but not in a refrigerator.
• Treat it as you would treat Chocolate.
