Directions:

• Enjoy hot or cold.
• Rinse ½ a cup of quinoa, add to 1 cup of water & bring to the boil.
• Reduce heat, cover and simmer for approx. 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.

• After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
