Faithful to Nature Chickpea Flour makes a great wheat flour replacement, thickener or binder in a range of vegan and gluten-free recipes. Our waste-free packaging: Faithful to Nature’s healthy pantry range is packed in eco-friendly bags made with plant cellulose. This packaging is certified by Vincotte to be 100% home compostable, and is also marine degradable. All cardboard is manufactured from recovered fibre, certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. Labels are 100% recycled, printed with plant-based inks and attached with eco-friendly adhesive.

Fantastic pizza bases and quiches. HIGH in protein, fiber and micro-nutrients... LOW in kilojoules and carbs. Use 3./4 cup to replace 1 cup regular flour. I LOVE chickpeas and hummus... so this makes everything even tastier :)

This makes a lovely alternative to eggs to make a vegan ommlet or quiche. It is really tasty and simple. Twice the price of smaller spice shops though.

One of my favourite flours to use for crumbs / breading, when making schnitzels, crumbed mushrooms, etc. Good depth of flavour, just remember to add salt to the flour when using it for crumbs. Makes an awesome crust.

I use chickpea flour for making gluten free flatbreads or savoury pancakes. Has more protein and is more filling. Doesn't even need eggs or binders. Has a slight bean-y taste, but you can overpower it with other bold flavours or seasonings.

I've used it as an egg replacer, made pancakes with it and mixed it with wheat gluten to make seitan.
