Directions:
- It is recommended to take at least 2 tablets a day with plenty of liquid, between meals. To promote the effectiveness of the product it is recommended to drink at least 1,5 litre water during the day.
Water Retention and Toxin Flushing:
- Eat foods with lower salt content.
- Drink lots of water - adults should drink more than 1,5 litres of water per day.
- Increase fibre intake by eating more vegetables and fruit.
Warnings: Keep out of reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a cool (<30°C), dry place out of direct sunlight.
- Do not use damaged blisters.
