I suffer from constipation and literally, nothing worked for me until I tried this colon cleanse. On the second day, I had like 3 movements which was a big achievement for me because i can go the entire week without having even 1 movement, and the more water I drank, the more movements I got. I recommend this to anyone with bloating and constipation issues.
