Directions:
- Peel off the plastic wrapper, centre the pad on your underwear, press it down, and fold the wings underneath.
- To dispose of: remove the pad from your underwear, wrap it in toilet paper or a pad wrapper, and put it in a waste bin.

12/09/2025, By LisaDisappointed that they cost SO much, and still had plastic in them - while the intention is great, and the overall product was great it just seems like oversight to go to all this trouble, and have to worry about plastic in our environment. Would rather support SA made plastic free Anna Pads.09/10/2024, By RochelleThey are thin, but the back is long and wide. Longer than most pads. They worked well as discreet maternity pads for heavy flow.
