Directions:
- Pour a little oil (pea size) in your hands and rub together.
- Massage onto a baby for 5 - 10 minutes with slow, gentle, rhythmic movements
- Avoid the face, fontanelle and genital areas.
- Increase the benefit by massaging after a bath (use a few drops of BabyNature Sleepy Baby Bath Oil in the bath).
