Auga
Auga is a Lithuanian group which has been feeding families across Europe since 2003. In 2015 the Auga farming collective made the decision to grow strictly organic vegetables, and grains without of pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, or any GMOs. On their 38 000 hectares, Auga grows organic champignons, carrots, potatoes, beetroots, and a broad selection of beans. All of their fertilizer is gathered from free-range cattle which they raise at the farms. This eliminates the need for chemical fertilizers, and reduces the carbon emissions from shipping fertilizer.
