SharLeBel
SharLeBel is a producer of gourmet shiitake mushrooms, based on South Africa’s picturesque Garden Route. The brand was founded in 2014, and since then has grown to add 300 shiitake blocks to their grow house in the Great Brak River area.
These gourmet mushrooms are meticulously cultivated, in carefully controlled conditions and without the use of harsh synthetic pesticides. The SharLeBel brand is known for the quality and freshness of their mushrooms, and they have expanded their product range to include mushroom biltong, seasonings and pickles. Shiitake mushrooms are not only delicious, they’re packed with vitamin D, antioxidants and trace minerals.
