11/06/2025, By ShazThis product is very, very good, really the best lip balm I have used in a long time, BUT in the cold weather is does not come out of the tube - it solidifies. I tried making the hole bigger, but it still only comes out if you put it near something warm first. So very frustrating to use. I think they need to put it into a little pot or tub, or tube with a big hole (like toothpaste). I will buy it again though, due to the excellent product
