Directions:
- Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption.
- Best applied after a shower or bath.
- Avoid delicate areas such as the eyes.
- Reapply whenever needed.

26/03/2025, By NadiaUseful tip - start with 1 spray per day, on a place on your body that is not sensitive and has no open skin. This really burns when first starting to use it. Build your way up to 10 sprays per day. Apply after a hot shower or bath, and work into the skin, wash your hands afterwards. It hasn't really helped with my 5 yo's muscle condition, but it does help me with sore muscles after exercising. What I love most about this product, is that it helps a lot with easing muscle cramps during menstruation. It also helps with a better night's sleep.
