Directions:
- Add 1 scoop (level) to 250-300ml of water, stir or shake well.
- Daily recommendation of 1-2 doses for a healthy individual.
- Do not exceed 4 level scoops per day, unless under the supervision of a health practitioner.
- Adjust the water level to achieve your ideal taste profile, but always ensure adequate intake of at least 250ml per scoop.
Caution:
- Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.

- Do not drink Everyday Hydration Mix if you have high levels of potassium or calcium in the blood, or if you have kidney disease (incl. kidney stones).
- Discuss with your doctor if you have heart disease, little or no stomach acid, or disease of the pancreas, before using this product.
- Everyday Hydration Mix might interfere with blood pressure control, especially during and after surgery.
- Discontinue use at least two weeks before a scheduled surgery.
- Consult your health care provider before use if you are taking chronic medication or have any chronic illness.
