Directions:
Face Mask:- Mix bentonite clay with water or apple cider vinegar.
- Create a paste and apply it to the face.
- Allow to dry and then rinse with warm water.
Detoxing Bath Soak:
- Dissolve ¼ cup of bentonite clay in 2 cups of warm water.
- Add this mixture to the bath water and enjoy.
Cleansing Hair Mask:
- Mix ½ a cup of bentonite clay with 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp coconut oil, ½ tbsp castor oil, and ¼ cup water.
- Apply to wet hair, cover with a shower cap and leave for 20 minutes.
- Rinse and then shampoo and condition as normal.
Please Note:
- Do not mix bentonite with a metal spoon or bowl; contact with metal will change the clay's properties.
- Avoid inhalation of the powder.
