Glad I started with a medium strength oil.
Has a grassy/green taste but it's not unbearable as you only use a few drops. It definitely helps me achieve better sleep. But it ALSO helps my husband with his Restless Leg Syndrome!19/02/2020, By BI would recommend any CBD product to a person who struggles with anxiety and stress, however I would also strongly recommend that anyone even think of using such products, to look into possible side effects and reason for themself if potential risks are worth it. It you have any medical condition that requires medications CBD oils can intact with meds to give side effect that are worse. Made me feel a bit sleepy and "chill" but effects tapered off after the initial few days, and it didn't seem to do anything for me after that. Didn't have any noticeable improvement on my sleep problems.
One comment on concentration: the bottle is advertised as 400mg, but on the bottle I received, it stated it contained 362mg, almost 10% less than the promised concentration of CBD. I looked up more info on Cibdol's website, and they provide analysis data for some of their batches - all indicating that the concentration for this particular product is at or slightly above 400mg. However, they conveniently omitted the results of the batch (A59) that my bottle was from!
