Faithful to Nature is Redefining Health & Wellbeing

We want to create a space where we can reimagine health together.

By confronting limiting misconceptions, delving into aspects of wellbeing that are often ignored and prioritising conversations that have been overlooked in the past.

We encourage you to take what you need and leave behind what you don’t.

What to Expect

Health and wellness looks different on everybody, especially at different points in an individual’s life. Even if we ate exactly the same foods and followed the same workouts, we’d still look and feel different.

We’re at the mercy of an outdated culture where health and wellness are expected to look ‘one way’ with a set of pre-approved expectations that we’re all supposed to meet in order to fit this ‘healthy’ mould - one we each have a different definition for.

But in reality, the vast majority of people can’t fit into this one-size-doesn’t-fit-all mould -
so, why do we let it have so much power over us?

Health is messy. Not linear. Never as simple as black and white. But this time, you get to define health and wellness for yourself. And we’re going to be here, learning right along with you.

Over the next 2 weeks expect live sessions, educational emails, and most importantly, the tools to define wellbeing for yourself.

Health Privilege

1 June, 4pm

As a culture we’ve come to see health as a "moral obligation". It’s this concept of "if you don’t prioritise your health and fit in the mould, you’re a bad person".

This ignores the fact that most people, especially in South Africa don't have the privilege, means or choice in their physical and mental health. It ignores the systemic reasons why people cannot have "peak" health & wellness.
