We're teaming up with FoodForward SA to help feed those who are unable to do so in this time. We have noticed that one of the biggest categories in purchasing at this time is in our food category, people are looking to stock up their homes to make sure that everyone is fed, that they are healthy and their bellies are full. But what about those who don't have the financial means to do that?

That's where FoodForward SA steps in, this NGO is an initiative that takes the edible food excess from big retailers around South Africa and redistributes it among those in need. Their philosophy is one of connecting excess with need, and this is done by recovering edible surplus foods from different distributors in the food chain with registered organisations that feed the poor.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, they are launching a special R50 Million appeal to be able to scale up and provide critical food provisions to our most vulnerable groups across the country. See the their video below for more detail.
