Directions:
- Cleanse the egg before use. Rinse well and remove all residue.
- Apply a water-based lubricant to the egg and the opening of your vagina. Avoid using oils & silicone-based lubricants, as this can damage the egg.
- Gently insert it into your vagina with the wider end first.
- Use your pelvic muscles to guide it upwards until it feels comfortable and secure.
- If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
- To remove the yoni egg, relax your pelvic floor muscles, gently bear down and use your fingers to reach for the wider end of the yoni egg and guide it out.

Tip:
- Find a quiet place where you can relax and focus on your practice. You can light candles, burn incense, or play calming music.
- Wear the egg for at least 15 minutes daily: start with 10 - 15 minutes and gradually increase the time as you get more comfortable.

Care Instructions:
- Clean the yoni egg after each use. Wash the egg with warm water & mild soap.
- Be sure to rinse it thoroughly to remove all traces of soap.
- Dry the egg with a clean, soft cloth.
- Do not use a hair dryer or heat source, as this could damage the stone.
- Store in a clean, dry place when not in use. This will prevent it from absorbing any dirt or bacteria.
- Strings should be replaced frequently. Cotton, unbleached and unflavoured dental floss can be used.
