Directions:

- Apply several spritzes into your hand, then smooth over face and body on damp skin after a shower.
- Use as a moisturiser under your makeup.
- For men, use it as an all-natural after-shaving balm.
- Rub into your nails and cuticles to nourish them, add a few drops to your conditioner to soften and calm frizzy hair.

I used the bottle religiously over my moisturiser in the evening. Moisturising, light weight on the skin absorbs within minutes. I loved it and will definitely order again.
