Directions for Use
- Essential oils are highly concentrated and should always be diluted before topical use.
- Do not ingest unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
Aromatic Bath
- Add 5–10 drops to a warm bath.
- If you have sensitive skin, dilute first in a teaspoon of carrier oil.
- Soak for at least 10 minutes while relaxing and breathing deeply.
Massage
- Add 5–6 drops of lemongrass essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil.
- Mix thoroughly before applying to the skin.
Steam Inhalation
- Add 4–5 drops to a bowl of steaming water.
- Cover your head with a towel, close your eyes, and inhale the vapour for several minutes.
Diffusers & Oil Burners
Add 3–6 drops to water in an ultrasonic diffuser, aroma burner, or vaporiser according to the manufacturer's instructions.Storage Instructions
